Had a nail in my tire and stopped by to get it fixed. The person in charge told me it would be about an hour wait. I decided to leave and come back in an hour. When I arrived they took it in immediately, repaired it very quickly and $20 bucks later I was out of there. Great service and friendly customer service. Thank you!

I used to love going to the store, but since it has been switched to tire choice, it has consistently overcharged its customers. The markup on parts is quite honestly ridiculous. I was looking to have an automatic transmission service and the part that I can get on Amazon, which is OEM was $17.99 unfortunately the store wanted to charge me $228.for the same part this is highway robbery. I don’t mind paying for labor, but the consistent overcharging parts has become ridiculous at this location and probably at all of your stores.

Worse place ever Nicholas is a con man. I have brand new tires and I went there for balancing he tried to say I needed new tires! My tires are brand new! Then he wouldn't balance just the 2 front tires it was all 4 or none. Charging full price even if the tire didn't need to b balanced. He said maybe u should go somewhere else. Do not go here!!

In Vegas for work, ran over a nail and noticed late in the day.... Most corporate tire places said they were open til 7 but booked... I had to be on time the next day. Pulled into Tire Choice and a pure gentleman named Nick heard me out and jumped right into fixing my tire. No questions, just looked at the tire and said he could help me out, and did so immediately. If there were more Nicks in the world this would be a better place!!! Thank you! 🙏
